1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Zorzen Studios, the maker of Bite Bazaar: Street Food Chef. By playing the game you agree to them and to the app-store terms of Apple or Google.
2. Your account
Progress is stored on your device and, if enabled, in cloud save. Keep your device account secure.
3. Virtual items
Coins, gems and upgrades are a limited licence with no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money. Purchases are handled by the app stores; refunds follow their policies.
4. Fair play
No cheating, exploits, automation or offensive behaviour. We may reset progress gained unfairly.
5. Changes & availability
We may update, change or end features of the game. The game is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Questions about these terms: hello@bitebazaar.app.
